How does a hospital work?

A comprehensive introduction to the interaction of the individual departments and their key stakeholders to the successful running of a hybrid organization such as hospitals.
This is a 3-days course will be available for all architecture and healthcare management employees and students who are interested in understanding the daily interactions within such a complex environment. Others who are directly involved in healthcare facilities design or in healthcare management at large can also participate in this course.
